Painting a new home can make or break the finished look.  Straight paint lines and properly sealed trim will make your home stand out above the rest.  We hire only high quality painters to paint our projects and they use high quality products.  Each bid comes standard with a three tone paint job - this is unheard of from production builders.

Flooring is an extremely important part of home building.  Only high quality products should be used in custom homes because floors need to last beyond the normal standards.  We feel that we give generous flooring allotments so that home owners can get the high quality products they deserve to make their home truly theirs.

We offer high quality doors and finish trim with every home we build.  What is usually considered an upgrade with production builders comes standard with Tuscany Ridge Homes.  You can choose from several different paint grade door styles as well as hinge colors at no extra cost.  Our standard bid includes six inch tall paint grade baseboard with matching three inch casing.  We also prefer to case all windows with three inch trim rather than just installing a window seal.

Looking for a stain grade finish?  No problem.  We have many different styles of solid core doors and trim to fit any style.  Want eight foot tall doors?  Again, no problem.  Eight foot tall doors are extremely elegant and majestic in todays custom homes.

With the growing concern about energy prices these days, home buyers are becoming more conscientious about what insulation product is going into their home.  Each home buyer that we build for can be rest assured that thier home will be a cut above the rest.  Our standard home includes a wet - cellulose application in the walls.  This application surpasses minimum code requirements as well as helping to reduce the cost of heating and cooling your home.  We also offer a foam application that is considered a premium product in the insulation business.

Windows play a big role when considering the heating and cooling value of your home.  We install only high quality windows (they come in several different colors and styles) that are low-e and are all energy star rated.
